Car Parking and Vehicle Access
All car parking is off site, ticket holders will be emailed details of their parking locations nearer the date of the festival. Vehicles will be given access for those with camping tickets.
Getting Here By Car or Taxi
The site address is Almondsbury Creative, Almondsbury Recreation Ground, Gloucester Road, Bristol, BS32 4AA. Ticket holders will have to be dropped off outside the festival gates as vehicles will not be allowed access on the day.
Getting Here By Public Transport
Buses run regularly to just outside the festival site. The T1/T2 can drop off ticketholders just across the street while the M1 bus stop is a ten minute walk away.
Drugs Policy
No Drugs will be tolerated on site. Anyone caught will be asked to leave and no refunds given.
Prohibited Items
No Food or Drink is allowed to be brought onto the festival grounds. Dangerous items are also banned.
Ticket Refunds
No refunds or cancellations are accepted on any ticket purchases.
FAQs
I can no longer attend the festival – can I have a refund?
I’m afraid we do not accept refunds for tickets bought for Small Town Big Music. However, you may resell tickets or pass them onto friends and family. Please do not try to screen shot your tickets to friends. Ticketmaster tickets require to be shown in the app and will be scanned on arrival.
Should I bring cash to the festival?
The festival will accept both cash and card.
How long does it take to get to the campsite from the car park?
The campsite is only a few minutes from the car park, you’ll be given directions by a member of staff on the day.
We are coming in a campervan but our friends aren’t, can we camp next to them?
Campervans and tents will be situated separately but don’t worry, they’re not that far apart!
Can we put up a tent next to our campervan/caravan/trailer tent?
We will ask you initially to not set up extra tents with campervans. However, if there is sufficient space after the first day, campervan and trailer tents will be allowed on a limited basis.
Do you have electrical hook-up and chemical waste disposal for caravans?
Our camp site is quite basic! There are no electric hookups available. We do however have showers and toilets so don’t worry about that!
I’ve got a 3-day ticket, can I leave site at night and return in the morning?
Yes, we will allow ticketholders to leave the site and return as they wish within the opening and closing times of the festival.
Can I bring my dog, they’re really well behaved?
Well behaved dogs are welcome, but PLEASE, pick up their poo!
Can I bring alcohol into the festival?
No Food or Drink is allowed to be brought onto the festival grounds. There are multiple purchase points throughout the site for food and drink. Camping ticket holders may bring food onto site which must remain within the camping area.
Can I bring camping chairs?
We encourage you to bring camping chairs and picnic blankets for use around the site, although the main stage area will be standing during the big acts.
Do I need a ticket for my baby?
Under 18 months are free, Child tickets are 18 months – 17 years old, and Adults are 18+
